Holistic Medicine

  • Emphasis on natural and alternative therapies Holistic medicine often incorporates natural and alternative therapies such as herbal medicine, acupuncture, massage, nutritional counseling, mindfulness practices, and energy healing. These therapies support the body’s self-healing mechanisms and promote overall well-being.
  • Examples of holistic approaches may include a combination of therapies and interventions tailored to the individual’s needs.
